If the account is really yours and not stolen or opened using a fake name then i see no reason why paypal permanently limited the account, the only reason for this is that you used a fake name, are not 18 or got another banned account in the past or you did some fraud or too many disputes maybe and got classed as high risk.
That is the problem most people are buying VCC or VBA to get verified by paypal, yes it does work it's just a question of time till it will be limited and then how will you upload bank statments or credit card statments? Will you photoshop them if you do it's fraud as well.
Just wait 2 more months to cashout, there is a huge risk for the buyer because you can claim the account backx, and the buyer will doing illegal activities anyway because it's simply not allowed to sell paypal accounts.
I recommend that you lock this topic, and no one should buy it, it will end up in a scam.
I agree! This sounds very shady to me and most likely illegal. Have you asked PayPal if you are allowed to sell the account to another person? I highly doubt this would violate their terms, but please correct me if I'm wrong..
