Poloniex refuse to distribute Lumen/Stellar

As per their tweeter account:

1/2 - It is not clear to us why Stellar included our name on their site as participants in the 6/27 giveaway.
2/2 - This was done without our consent. We did not agree to participate nor do we possess the STR for this giveaway.

Apparently, Poloniex is living in their own world . Pure oblivious or other intentions, it your guess.

I guess they will use this campaign with their own "little" in-house BTC wallet -> Greed

If I understand, everyone who has BTC can claim it, even if they never know about Stellar Lumen right? Poloniex can say whatever they want but if they are listed or if they have addresses that no one knows, they can claim and no one will know. Why did they even need to say anything?

All hope is not lost yet for people who used Poloniex.

As per the Slack chat Brian Gale (developer) posted this:

- Jed is awaiting a response from Polo personally and will update everyone then.

- Once we have final word we will discuss best case scenarios for all those with funds on Polo.

Let be patience for now.

Still no solution nor answer to the distribution until now.

I guess Poloniex's holders are officially screwed.
