KNCFUN ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND mindtrip recall the shipping and refund the hackers .
So I am asking the admin to step in.
$3260 is not a small amount to let it go so the police will get involve in this.

Please contact a moderator and ask them for help, if you were hacked how does that warrant negative trust for me? I completed a deal you got hacked so you claim and begged for the transaction to be canceled they validated your personal info so I canceled the order and sent a refund as asked by the original KNCFUN user

He provided all the correct information that was provided to me when you placed the order. In the future you should make sure to change you account password on a regular basis and when sending your personal info through a public forum that's at a high risk of hacking I always recommend sending any sensitive info via privnote to ensure anyone who compromises your account is not able to retrieve that information. While I sympathize with you for your loss I did what I could to validate the request I was informed you had a major emergency and needed to cancel the transaction. I had already shipped the package I had to call UPS in order to cancel the shipment which at the time was me going the extra mile to try and help you out. I am sorry that you got hacked should I now also take a loss because of your improper handling of your account? |

If you fail to complete the trade you refund my money to the same wallet that I payed you.
The same goes with your credit card or a bank transfer ... if the seller fails you get back your money.
This is what the Law says.
How did you confirm my identity mindtrip ? did you ask me an ID ? because you did not ! So you don't have any right to cancel my order and more than that to refund hackers.
I didn't receive any refund money from you mindtrip.
Ask a Lawyer in NEW YORK to advise you.
