Hate their slogan but the coin itself looks cool. Idk I'm a little skeptical of any ICOs that are using third party PR and marketing campaigns. Seems like it may be a quick cash grab. I'll probably sit this one out.

Personally, i think yes, I have invested as well, Dimcoin is one the promising projects launched last year and it's slowly growing and gaining recognition. The idea is solid and will make their ecosystem a success, patient investors will harvest massive profits whereas panic sellers you will be left with nothing.
