Since you are only a newbie account you should consider using an escrow for the funds up until the laptop will be send from you.

Otherwise I dont think that anyone will send you btc since you can take it and run

Hey, don't take it personally, but with so many scammers out there, it's normal that people don't trust this kind of things, especially if you have a new account here.

If your lottery is really legit, then you can do this:

1) Find a reliable escrow.
2) People would send the money to the address of that person, and he/she would let you know about the money received.
3) Once all the tickets are sold, select the winner.
4) Send the prize to the winner, and then the escrow can send you the money.

It's annoying? Yes. But if you want to do this you have to understand that it's necessary to follow this process.

I'm not saying you are a scammer or something, but there surely are many scams out there and it's reasonable that people may not trust you.

But as we already mentioned it would be easier if the btc for the tickets would be send to an address of an escrow.
