The campaign will last until the end of the ICO. The distribution of the bounty occurs when the ICO ends, August 10th.

Their doing it as an assurance that they'll get paid in a right amount of tokens. We might not know if this bot of theirs fails, and miscalculated the number of RT's/Likes/Shares or whatever.
