People really need to start understanding that most computers at the workplace don't have any good GPUs to do mining with.

At best you can only mine XMR with the CPU.

they are all sage if you see githib they are safe, if thete os mo source font install anything there are risk, official minet are safe howevet none can say that one day a b's do door is not activated with them

This depends on the antivirus software and you have to consider that at any update they release they might add a new definition for the miner if you find one.

My experience is with AVG and Norton both hate every single miner I have tried (pooler, wolf, claymore etc).

You will need to either disable the AV (don't) or add an exception to a given program location.

If you have access to a computer test all CPU miners and see.

I am doubtful that you'll find a public one as it has been years now that people have CPU mined with botnets and Antivirus companies caught on a long time ago.
