Maybe this is a long shot, but I'll try nevertheless:

I will pay in Bitcoin to a soundproofing professional who will prepare for me a custom complete design of a soundproof room according to my specifications, together with solving issues of heating/ventilation/water pipes which need to go through the wall, and the room should be soundproofed to 60 dB from the outside noise @1000 Hz (traffic noise).

I am considering both paying for a complete plan only (in which case you can be anywhere in the world) or also together with carrying out the physical installations (in which case you should be in Europe) - should be done by the end of summer 2013.

Not all strangers carry hostages with them.

If this post was useful, interesting or entertaining, then you've misunderstood.

Sent PM without no reply, can you update status?

Thanks,

I am preparing a more detailed specification of what I want to achieve - hopefully later this week, which I will send to interested consultants who leave me an E-mail address.

thanks,

Miernik
