New language

Hello everyone

In ''local boards'' there are only 19 languages listed and most of languages listed in ''other langauges/locations''
I would like to know what are the rules to add new language in the main board (not in other)

Is it possibe? How?
What are the rules?
I will do whatever I can to add my own language. I need your advices.

Persian
Now there are some forums in persian with lots of active users. There are also lots of websites dealing with cryptocurrencies. Most of that people are not able to use English language.  I can share some of the links if you want.
I will do whatever I can to make the board active. I know that lots of new users will come to bitcointalk gradually.

Unfortunately,it works other way around.You get a new board if you have lot of people coming to the forum from your country and they're unable to post in the English sections.
Suppose they make a board anyway,what's the guarantee you will get the traffic ? I don't think you can drive the entire Persian Crypto lovers on the internet to this forum alone.

I'm sure there are other places with lots of active users but the users need to be active here before a local board is created. If you want this to happen I suggest you tell people to start being active in the local thread and it may get added over time but as it stands currently I don't think there's a need for one.
