Pure and simple: Only buy DIRECT FROM  A VERIFIED MANUFACTURER.

Verified manufacturers:
Bitmain
Canaan (Avalons)
eBang (eBit miners)
Hotmine.
Bailkal/Panda(?)

I for one do not trust ANY reseller of mining gear as far too many are scams. If they are legit, then the pricing is always much higher than buying direct plus NO manufacturer uses distributors or resellers so that means no warranty.

Only reseller I'd trust is Giga Watt although they only sell miners to host. But you forgot to add INNOSILICON to manufacturers you can buy from, and I agree about avoiding resellers that only take crypto for payment, unless they take credit cards so you can get your money back it's a scam. Even if they take credit cards it's probably a scam but at least you can get your money back lol.

Don't trust them! I did some research and there seem to be several suspicious things about them:

- The picture of the "headquarter" they use on their website is in reality of a juvenile prison (!!) in Marseille. Which serious company would do that?! (check it out yourself on googlemaps https://www.google.com/maps/place/44+Mont%C3%A9e+Commandant+de+Robien,+13011+Marseille,+Frankreich/@43.2898523,5.4881483,3a,59.3y,253.77h,91.99t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s6cVfrSQNw6uA3vUY39B_8g!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x12c9bc19f6cd5e11:0x9c7be03ed9a147be!8m2!3d43.2900414!4d5.4883916 and here https://prnt.sc/g3lip1)
- The name of one of the owners is misspelled --> see here https://prnt.sc/g3lkxu
- The registration date of their domain is recent: 18th June 2017
- maybe this is a "weak" point but still valid in my opinion: their english is not very good for a company that is supposed to trade internationally.

This is enough evidence for me, to stay away from them.
Wahetever you choose to do, good luck!

I dont think to ever get the ordered miner.

Now they say on their homepage, that they have the miner on Stock and  will shipping out on 12 Aug.

So mine should be shipped out on 12 Aug too

i'll keep you up to date

btw, no answer from their support

And their email addresses uk@bitcoin-miner-store.com and cn@bitcoin-miner-store.com doesn't exist

bye bye money

the video on their site http://bitcoin-miner-store.com/product/bitmain-antminer-l3/

I ordered one as well. Reached out to Godaddy fraud department and raised all these issues. This domain is also tied to Bitcoin-miner-store.com (https://bitcoinware.net/). This domain has been active since 3/2014. I have reached out to them , I suggest you do the same. If they respond, I will post my findings in here.

Fingers crossed Shocked

Could you give official links for these manufactures?
I ask it because I searched baikal miners.. and found 2 links, don't know who is official.

http://www.baikalminer.com/
http://www.baikalminers.com/

Thanks

I've dealt with the first one and received an a900 without an issue.
The second doesn't list the giant+ which is the newer of the baikals and it's way down the list when I google Baikal.  I can't even get to the products or order pages on it.  Seems wrong to me.

Got a reply from (https://bitcoinware.net/). They have no ties with Bitcoin-miner-store.com. Either Godaddy is incorrect or they have been cloned. Not looking too good for me. Will update if I ever get a response from Bitcoin-miner-store.

http://www.baikalminers.com/ is a SCAM.  Baikal sent out an e-mail about this a few weeks ago to anyone with an account with them.  Check the blog on http://www.baikalminer.com/

BTW, most to the manufactures have pages on FB etc., so you can double check links there as well.

I would add the following to list of verified manufactures:

https://www.pandaminer.com/ (there is also a scam website similar, be careful)
https://shop.pinidea.io/
http://www.innosilicon.com/

BTW, I have done business with both https://www.eastshore.xyz/ and https://asicminermarket.com/ (both re-sellers) and I have only had good experiences.  Eastshore even replace equipment that damage in shipping at no additional cost and few question once I showed them some pics.

Yea... I bought one too and I have heard nothing from them. If they are a scam its pretty well done. Like why don't they try to sell other miners as well (for scam), and why bother so much with other stuff that just makes them visible???
