In OSX, how do you make it so when you press alt/opt+4, the bitcoin sign (U+20BF) appears instead of $? Unicode Hex Input is the selected keyboard over U.S. default.

If your operating system is up to date, you'll see it here instead of a stupid box:

Ukelele doesn't work.
