Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Appears to be Lab_Rat's jally, which he was sent last week as a forum moderator on the BFL forums.  Not sure how that page updates orders to delivered, either.  I don't believe the page is official, or requires any confirmation of entry.

You have to add your order manually at the top of the list, then it puts you in the queue...

Maybe you got a partial refund from that order ?
This at least seems to have changed my order's status to "complete". (too much shiping costs were charged)
I asked them to change it, because I doubt anyone would send out anything thats already "complete" in his database.
No answer yet though.
We will see...
