Can someone help me please? Or how can i transfer my wallet to another one?
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Some wallet problem, contact developers or just use another program. You can export your private key (or in case of HD wallet you need your words seed only).
Then import private key in diffirent software like bitcoin core/multibit/electrum etc. (or import your seed words) and voila. You can send bitcoins again with reliable software.

Too many signatures?
What kind of wallet is this? An online or offline wallet? Embarrassed
Cause I have never heard of it before. Undecided

If it is an online wallet then why not just export your private keys (if available) and just choose another type of wallet to store your coins?

There are plenty to choose from.  Smiley

You can find details about on bitcoin.org under the desktop wallets section of this page.

https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

Bitcoin.org has a link to this website for the mSIGNA wallet.

https://ciphrex.com/

That website gives this email address for support queries. If the OP can't find a resolution for his problem here he could try emailing that address.

info@ciphrex.com

If the OP could tell us what version he's using people might be able to offer more help. The documentation says there were some big changes between various versions.
