Try using localbitcoins as you will be finding different traders with different payment acceptance. Only the price buying margin might differ a little between the traders. This too is one among the licenced trading platform, so you won't be getting into complications.

but you can try virwox or cex.io maybe in there accepted

credit card can be reverse, so the price with credit card is not cheap.

but if you insist on, may you can check virwox (I just see the credit card option on it, but never try)
