I know we have mBTC, uBTC . How should I say 1 satoshi ? sBTC ?

I can't just say 1 satoshi because it could mean 1 satoshi LTC of other coins.

I just call it 10 nanobitcoins. (nBTC)

So, you have millibitcoins (or millies), microbitcoins (or mikes), and nanobitcoins (or nans).
