wo oben schon steht ich mache derzeit 100mhash aber ab morgen ca 400
und ich habe schwierigkeit 2 das ist zu hoch oder ich kenn mich damit nicht aus würde mich freuen wenn mir einer helfen kann?

Die Difficulity wird vom Pool festgelegt. Manche laufen fix auf 1, andere passen dynamisch an, wieder andere erlauben Dir die manuelle Einstellung...

Vielleicht hilft Dir diese Übersicht weiter (Spalte "Variance")?

Ach und ja, mit 100-400 MHash/s würde ich persönlich auch auf 1 gehen.
