i am vip customer at skrill i talked with skrill on phone and they said the transaction of 30 euro is clean and no problem in this transaction
If you're a VIP customer at skrill,why can't you ask them to reverse the transaction for you ? Tell them you sent it by mistake or something.Skrill payments can be reversed right ? If I was you,I'd use the VIP customer privilege.
