It's not very convincing. Seems they are trying to follow the BFL "business" model a little too closely.
Still, I am watching. So far, I'm tentatively on team Terrahash. So far, their rep here has answered my questions satisfactorily, even when the answer was "I don't know." He's been pretty straight up. I am not yet willing to bet money (bitcoin or otherwise) on them, but they seem more on the up and up than any others I've looked at.

of all, we would like to apologize for the delay in responding to your
email, the truth is, we were simply not ready to handle the enormous
amount of interest we received from the mining community relating to our
product line, so wanted to make sure that we were in a position to answer
the questions we have been getting by email truthfully, rather than give
you off-the-cuff responses.
With that being said, this email should answer most of the questions we
have been getting from individuals such as yourself over the past few
months so here goes.
1) Expected shipping date.
Whilst we do not have a solid date for shipping as yet, given the current
progress we have made over the past month with sourcing chipsets, casings
and device assembly we are anticipating that we will be able to ship our
first products to customers by the first week in August 2013.
2) Pre-Ordering.
Over the past few months, whilst we have been diligently working to ensure
that we were able to source, assemble and deliver any units ordered, we
were not taking pre-orders for our ASIC Rigs product line. However, now
that we are certain we will be able to deliver our products, we have
opened pre-orders and any products ordered will be shipped on a strictly
first-come, first-served basis. You can order your device of choice via

Given past performance with several other ASIC mining device providers we
fully understand that many of you are asking about our refund and delay
policy, they are simple. If for whatever reason we are unable to ship our
devices, you will be given a FULL refund of your purchase, at the present
time, any orders that are placed will have the funds stored in our wallet,
with this in mind, you can ask for a refund at any time should you feel
that we are unable to honor your order. Any refunds given will be in
Bitcoin only (less transfer fees), meaning, if you send us 10BTC, we will
send you back 10BTC, less any tansfer fees applied, we WILL NOT send you
back cash, Paypal, or any other currency other than BTC no exceptions.
4) In-Person Pickups.
Yes, we have already arranged with several well-known individuals to pick
up their devices in person, because we are a company registered at a
private residence, we must limit the amount of business foot-flow we
receive, unfortunately at the present time, those who have already made
arrangements with us to collect their devices in person, will be the only
ones allowed to do so until such time we have moved our operation to a
commercial property.
5) Shipping.
We charge an additional $100 for shipping, this should cover the costs to
ship our ASIC Rig mining devices to anywhere globally, however, please be
advised that we will ship the devices by whichever method cost falls
within that $100 surcharge. Meaning if you are a UK based customer, we
will send via Parcel Force or registered mail, in the United States, most
likely shipping method would be FedEx or UPS Ground, for other countries
we will work with our local Royal Mail and other shipping companies to
find a solution that will work on a 'per customer' basis.
6) Order Tracking.
Because bitcoin is an anonymous currency, once an order has been placed
using our payment facilitator, you will be redirected to a page on our
website where you MUST complete an order form to let us know your name,
email address, shipping address, bitcoin payment address and several other
important bits of information. Please be advised that is it 100% your
responsibility to ensure that the information you provide on this page is
accurate, we will not be held liable for incorrect or incomplete orders
because you messed up.
