Level 2 Verification - Incomplete @poloniex

I just applied level 2 verification and i have also uploaded photo ID and picture of myself holding ID, but my status is still incomplete.
Is this a natural occurrence or I should wait for manual approval by poloniex?

Well, it used be all super fast but now poloniex is definitely really, really incompetent in terms of its ability to process customer requests.

Ify ou look on discussion boards on reddit or scam accusations here you'll see a ton of posts about poloniex either delaying withdrawals, deposits, not approving level 2 verification, or all of the above for some people.

You shouldn't wait for higher limits, start withdrawing as quickly as you can. I actually haven't seen anyone being approved by poloniex for lvl 2 since end of May, and it's probably not going to happen for you any time soon either. The fact that their trollbox is removed as well just further shows that they want to cover up the whole thing. Late stage craptsy scam was somewhat the same situation as polo is right now, scamming user deposits, selectively as it seems.

Yes I have also seen a lot of bad feedback everywhere for poloniex and I do not see a great effort from poloniex to solve this problem, I also already want to get out and leave them. But with compulsion, I still use poloniex because I still have a balance there that still status "Awaiting Approval" and that problem continues to happen repeatedly. Poloniex is really annoying!

This problem started when bitcoin rise to $2000, before when bitcoin was down to  $ 2000few people needed Level 2

Imagine that polo with the rise of the price of bitcoin increased the number of people that make trade in the site and as 1 bitcoin is more than  $2000 all who want to withdraw 1 btc are forced to level 2 verification and people do not have patience will send a ticket .

With so many tickets it is difficult to support answer all people

Just because the price increase of 1 bitcoin $2000 poloniex is already problematic like this, I can not imagine if the true bitcoin price would reach $3500 till $5000 as has been much talked about. Maybe poloniex will be out of business

hi Everyone
I been trying to take my BTC from Poloniex but it wont let me (Awaiting Approval), so i send in ticket for support but still waiting and it has been been over a week. i sent a message to Poloniex by Twitter but still waiting...
Heads up don't deposit any coins if you want to take it out.
