If you take a quick look around the ICO world no question gets asked more lately than: "When we're going to bittrex..." and the truth is no team knows, no one can tell you because it's bittrex decision and they're not going to tell it in advance. But in this case in particular it was clearly stated from the beginning in whitepaper that a big exchange was absolutely not the first priority, but if there was an outstanding interest by holders that would help things in the sense bittrex would see there is a biiiig community and biiiig support...

My guess the token will be on etherdelta like everything else, also hitbtc who already is trading IOU's.  From there on we'll see, as every other project.  

they wanna put pressure to the team who can possibly list the token to more exchanges for it to have more volume for trading. they of course know its not going to happen in a day but at least they can hurry things. Monetha team did an example that a team can actually do it in just a week. maybe the rivetz team can also do it.

I think he's referring to the investor tokens, because on the site has an information about sending the email with the instructions to transfer the tokens ....

Hey, don't be worried, this is a serious team. I think they've been handling everything up to the last minute and were preparing for everything to go smoothly to the moment the tokens are released. Other projects release tokens for investors weeks before the bountyhunters. Propy just a recent example that comes to mind. RVT is not even being traded yet! You'll get your tokens dont worry

Even the biggest buy order is too low comparing to ICO price. I don't know why people would like to dump tokens from this price. Looks like a bounty trap to me.
