You need to have a balance of 50.000 satoshi in order to place orders in the counterwallet exchange. So deposit 0.005 btc to your wallet and you can start trading your coins.

In order to create a card, you must burn (spend) some penisium. Hence, a card is like penisium tokens, but in another form.
I agree with you about the high xcp fees. However, you can manually change them.

Yes its very complicated to use the counterparty but the value of penisium is something from 200 satoshi to 300 satoshi so i was happy that im still holding mine. If you convert your penisium to a card it might have value more.
