Hey fam...

So, I'm working with a crew, we got a nice looking coin moving a long. New chain, new algo, new website, new everything. It was an old coin on here in 2014. Anyway, we are getting close to the point where we are going to launch, however, in order to do that we need to do a coin swap... I can't figure that part out. I understand it in theory, but I don't know how to actually execute it.

How can we make a wallet automatically divide a received amount and send the new currency to a new wallet address. I know that we could come up with some scripts to execute this, or we could do it manually, but it feels like we are missing something so I figured I would ask the Coin Gods for their help!

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Just code a script to talk to both wallets, when coins are received on a receive address in wallet A, issue coins out from Wallet B in the amount you need to. Both wallets have an API?

Hey sorry about that! I was out of town so I didn't see this until now! Thats a good idea, what I am also a little confused about is the part where the wallet's addresses match though.

I'm guessing the script would read something like: Generate new wallet address in wallet A>push address to website>once coins received divide and send to new wallet.
