Cu dezvoltarea realității virtuale în creștere, lumea a început sa prindă posibilitățile anterior ireale devenite realitate în scopuri comerciale. Ca urmare, VR este ceea ce mulți cred sa fie următorul boom tehnologic revoluționar. Ca rezultat:

4. Platformele și serviciile care vor ieși la iveală sunt determinate sa obțină o poziție majoră prin angajament

 

În prezent industria se concentrează pe dezvoltarea tehnologiilor care va face posibil și viabil angajamentul maselor în VR. Spectiv se folosește de acest avans tehnologic pentru a dezvolta o platformă de streaming dedicată unei audiențe cât mai mare pentru a permite transmiterea de experiențe VR unice, accesibile persoanelor cât și organizațiilor.

Token-ul "Signal" (Sigs) [ERC20]
 

"Sigs" sunt Tokeni descentralizați care vor fi folosiți pentru a stimula audiența de spectatori și a genera semnale unice în conținutul realității virtuale. Ned a împărtășit din experiența lui legată de Token-ul steemit.

La un nivel foarte fundamental, implementăm un Escrow care să aibă grijă de siguranța fondurilor și rânduiala acestora - toate fondurile strânse sunt primite într-un portofel cu mai multe semnături ("multisig" wallet) controlat de 3 persoane independente:

Fondurile adunate prin strângerea de fonduri sunt închise într-un portofel "multisig" pana când toți Tokenii Sigs sunt distribuiți adecvat tuturor cumpărătorilor. Odată ce Tokenii Sigs au fost distribuiți, persoanele împuternicite ce se ocupă de escrow vor putea aproba prima serie de lansări ale fondurilor. Aceste fonduri vor fi deblocate și distribuite în mod egal în trei 3 plăti separate, conditional cu fazele precedente și succesul lor sub aprobarea Escrow. Programul de plată este prezentat aici:

Prima parte (din cele 3 faze menționate) a fondurilor este lansata imediat către Spectiv iar apoi este urmată de distribuirea Tokenilor Sigs cumpărați prin strângerea de fonduri (crowdsale).
Aceste sume sunt transformate în USD imediat ce sunt deblocate de către Escrow. Ele sunt folosite atât pentru dezvoltare cât și pentru promovarea în eforturile de marketing - în mod special pentru a aduce conținut inedit la calitate înaltă pentru realitatea virtuală (VR) și promovarea site-ului.
Aceste fonduri vor fi folosite pentru lansarea operațiunilor de afaceri în general cât și infrastructura companiei, angajați, birouri, etc.

O parte din fonduri (1/3) este eliberată și transferată odată cu lansarea platformei beta. Aceste fonduri sunt folosite pentru alimentarea următorul stagiu din dezvoltare și expansiune. Aici include optimizarea arhitecturii platformei, eforturi proactive în construirea bazei de utilizatori, cât și obținerea de licențe și noi acorduri cu organizațiile de mare amploare pentru transmiterea de evenimente importante.

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

We are officially delaying our token sale and we will have an official new date for when the token will start coming soon! We currently expect that the token sale will start in late September or October. We will have the official date within the next two weeks after we have laid out the planning and established our new timeline.

The reason we are delaying is because there are a series of required steps that we need to achieve in order for the crowdsale to be fully successful. The most important factor in this is the legal structuring of our company and our crowdsale. We cannot do a crowdsale without first having these in order. To accomplish this, we have partnered with ICO consulting experts Sutton Stone and they will be working on setting up the token sale legally, establishing the company structure, assessing the company and token model, and marketing/promotion.

We have also started work on developing the Spectiv platform, and expect to release a demo version for testing within the next 14-21 days! We will work directly with the community for testing this demo and will implement your feedback when developing the Alpha version of the Spectiv platform.

Signal Tokens: Sigs [ERC20]
 

Sigs are the decentralized token that will be used to generate unique signals to virtual reality content. Signal generators will be able to earn Sig returns for successfully driving viewership, creating a powerful incentive to share VR content and ultimately accelerate VR adoption. Utilizing the Ethereum blockchain, we are creating a network for the exchange of VR attention that rewards curators for sharing VR content. In doing this, Sigs will serve as an attention product which inherently incentivizes holders to share VR content, effectively accelerating VR exposure and participation in VR activities. The utility value of Sigs will directly relate to size of the VR industry as a whole. In other words, as VR technology adoption grows, so will the attention that curators can drive to VR content. This means that the value of Sigs to a curator increases proportionately with VR adoption. This attributes an inherently growing utility value to Sigs, assuming future growth of the VR industry.

      
 
 

 
Spectiv Tokens: Specs
 

Specs are the internal currency which will be used to facilitate functions exclusive to the Spectiv platform, including ad rewards, tips, and premium content purchases. These tokens are limited to use within the platform, cannot be transferred out, and can only be acquired through ad rewards or direct purchase on the platform. Specs will have a fixed value and will be offered in three distinct denominations:

Signal Tokens [SIGS] will be publicly sold through a token creation crowdsale event.
 

 
The crowdsale is expected to open in late-September or October. The total number of Sigs created will be determined by how many Sigs are sold. The crowdsale will be capped at $40 million USD. Users will be able to buy Signal Tokens with ETH via smart contract. Based on timing of purchase, some buyers will benefit from token bonuses for early participation. The crowdsale will end immediately if the $40 million cap is reached.

Ned gave us insight into his experience with Steemit’s Steem Token. Talking to Ned helped us hone in on the economic behaviors and attention dynamics that will drive Spectiv’s Signal Token. Ned is not actively advising for Spectiv, but our meetings with him helped us shape our direction for the Sigs protocol.

Joe Urgo - Co-Founder of District0x

Joe was one of the most important earlier contributors who assisted us in fleshing out the Spectiv Token Model. Joe was a key advisor in suggesting the idea of attention markets and the value that they could bring to the Spectiv platform. Based on the feedback that Joe provided us, we eventually came up with the idea for rewarding content curators and created Signal tokens to do this. Joe is not actively advising for Spectiv while he is currently hard at work with District0x. As we move forward though, we do expect to have further discussions with Joe and possibly bring him back on board as an advisor.

 
 

At the most fundamental level, we are implementing an escrow that will oversee and regulate release of funds – all crowdsale funds will be received to a multisig wallet controlled by 3 independent actors:

1. CoinVault ATM CEO, Sheldon Weisfeld
2. Coming soon
3. Spectiv Virtual Reality, LLC.

                             

Funds received through crowdsale will be locked in the multisig escrow wallet until Sig tokens have been adequately distributed to all buyers. Once Sigs have been distributed, escrow actors will be able to approve the first release of funds. These funds will be unlocked evenly over three separate disbursements, contingent on the achievement of predetermined milestones and subsequent escrow approval. The disbursement schedule is outlined here:

The first 1⁄3 of funds will be released to Spectiv immediately following the distribution of Sigs purchased through crowdsale. These funds will be converted to USD as soon as they are released from the escrow wallet. They will be used to cover further development expenses and initial marketing efforts – specifically in driving exciting, high quality VR content to the site. These funds will also be used to setup the general business operations such as setting up the infrastructure of our company, including employees, offices, etc.

The following 1⁄3 of funds will be released and converted upon launch of the platform beta. These funds will be used to fuel the next stage of development and expansion. This will include optimizing platform architecture, proactive efforts to build user base, and reaching licensing agreements with mainstream organizations to broadcast popular events.

We are currently in Barcelona at the Blockchain Solutions Expo, but we will have a new announcement for you when we get back next week. For now, make sure you are updated on our most recent announcement.

Spectiv Update - 09/22

1. We have brought on one additional programmer to help accelerate platform development, and a third party CFO to structure detailed financial projections and assist in bookkeeping / tax strategy. As with everyone else on our team, they are local to the city of Houston.

2. We have moved into a new, larger office space to more comfortably accommodate the full team. Fortunately, we were able to settle into a very cost-effective space at 1934 West Gray Street, where we are directly across the hall from Sutton Stone!

3. The Baker Tilly presale audit has just been completed. Baker Tilly has confirmed and verified all transactions and presale results. With the audit finished, you can all expect an official announcement about the presale this week.

4. We have accelerated the development timeline. All Spectiv enthusiasts can expect the alpha release of the streaming platform in mid-November. One of our reach-goals is to integrate live VR streaming before the crowdsale, and possibly do a live Q&A with our supporters in VR through the Spectiv platform.

5. We will be attending several crypto conferences over the next couple months. We will be presenting Spectiv and introducing the Signal Token protocol to major players within the space. We just wanted to give everyone a quick update on what is going on behind the scenes.

1. We just completed our private presale on Tuesday. This presale was only open to supporters who were a part of the Spectiv email list which is available on our site: Spectivvr.com. We will officially announce the details of this pre-sale after we complete our third party audit with accounting firm Baker Tilly.

2. We are currently hiring 2 additional full stack developers to help us accelerate our development timeline. The funds from the presale are allowing us to not only start development early, but we are expecting to release the alpha version of Spectiv before our public token sale. Expect more information on this development coming soon.

3. As mentioned in the past, we have revamped out token protocol to expand upon the use and function of Signal Tokens. We are very excited about the new token protocol we are creating, and we expect to release our updated whitepaper after next week.

4. We are currently in discussion with several VR companies that are interested in forming a partnership. These companies range from VR software which we can implement into the Spectiv VR platform to entire VR ecosystems where we can show VR videos in virtual environments.
