Need help. Rx 570 nitro+ 8gb ellesmere bios rom

Hello there, I have decided to become a miner and I have got a few Rx 570 nitro+ 8gb ellesmere gpus. I don't have enough experiences about bios mod etc but I tried it as I saw on some topic and youtube videos. I did all steps but I couldn't make any movement on Hash rate. One of my friend told me that my gpu is ellesmere and that is why I couldn't make it. Is that can be true and what should I do?

what memory?

ellesmere is the code for the GPU like hawaii, tonga, etc.  anyways just flash the bios with a copy pasta of memory straps, thats the easiest way to start.
