Where can European (safely) buy few top alt coins?

Hello im from europe and i would like to know a place where i can safely buy few altcoins, concretelly Etherum, Etherum Classic, (maybe) Litecoin and Monero (thats probably all probably). Ideally cheap (and with cash usd/eur but i think thats not possible).

i agree, kraken is not only the best for european but also the second big exchange now after poloniex, it's very trustworthy and was never hacked, very good exchange for me, also come with dogecoin and ethereum trading and zcash and also litecoin, all th strong coin are there

Kraken is ok. You need to do identity verifications to use fiat. I personally like Coinbase too (easy and trustworthy, good for BTC, LTC and ETH) and Blockchain.info which is based in Luxembourg and offers credit card payments with a usable limit if you need BTC fast. You can then transfer BTC to Kraken, Poloniex, Bitfinex or any other exchange for altcoins.
