We are launching a token sale, backed by real assets; an 8 square mile trophy property, food, fuel, off-grid, on-site power, producing beyond organics & Prime+ quality & standards in all profit centers & operations. This structure is similar in concept to a limited liability partnership with total blockchain accountability, transparency and fraud-proof management of all funds. In addition to this level of security, a 512 camera system w/night vision enhanced capability where any token holder with any web enabled device can observe and oversee the entire transaction chain from seed to salad, pasture to plate.

At no point will funds be controlled or accessed by anyone but token holder-escrow agent. All funds are wired directly into contractor vendor accounts with contractor scheduling (i.e. 50% C.O.D./work certified complete). In addition to 24/7 camera proof-of-work, on-site certification is conducted by 3rd Party (County Judge, County Commissioner).

Where is the website? The Devs? Proof of those "real" assets.

The website is located at http://moefarms.com, which includes the information related to the Devs and proofs related to the project.


Where are you located in? Name of the project?


We are located inKnox County, Texas as well as the property, which is currently under contract.
It is an 8 square mile property with a 500+acre deep water reservoir, bordered by over 10 miles of the Brazos River.

The name of the project is "MOE Farms"


Btw do you realize what you are doing is illegal?

To address you concern, please refer to the JOBS Act, specifically Title 3. The Crowdfund Act limits funding to $50M in each 12 month period to comply with SEC.

Title 3 is unknown to many as it was ratified very recently; May of 2016 and as you might imagine, most attorneys are oblivious.

The following 4 points make this a "non-security":

-Non-pooling of funds.

-tokens represent access to eco-system services

-return is not based solely or mostly on the efforts of others

-tokens are a method to facilitate non-pooling feature and pay for vendor/contractor services; rendered on behalf of token holders, directly.

-At no time will management of MOE Farms have direct access or influence over token funds

I hope this addresses your questions and concerns and any further input you wish to provide regarding this is greatly appreciated.

    Why is this topic not more popular? I, for one, love it when blockchain technology gets introduced into other industries. In this case, Moe farms has brought fin-tech into the agricultural sector.
     I've been to the website a few times. The first time was ti make sure it was real. I didn't go to deep that time. But as I became more interested I this idea I needed to know more about Moe farms.
    This website is complete with all the information one could use to form an educated opinion on the project.
    This has obviously been someone's labor of love. The kind of thoroughness I've come to expect out of Texas.
   
    For all you nay sayers. Nay on, it's your right. But at least do your research before naying around here. And be careful. I'd bet the last time something said nay around this guy, it most likely had hay feed to it.

You make a good point. I will admit that when I see a really nice announcement thread complete with really good graphics, details, dates, payment structures and links to even more information.... I immediately feel a level of trust in that project. I'm not saying that is what determines the validity of a project. It does however greatly increase the chances for success and acceptance by the community.

Conversely, I would like to repeat that the MOE Farms website has all that I mentioned above and much more. I guess that extra click to go from here to the site is too much to handle for some. ;-)
