Decent vs Lbry

Can someone please explain what is the difference between decent and lbry? Why are decent tokens $8.64 while lbry credits only 57 cents?  Is lbry further ahead, already released their platform, decent hasn't even finished the presale.

At the time of writing 1 PAY = 40$ ahahah!!
While during ICO 1 ETH (was 1 ETH = 350$) = 350 PAY (or 420 if bonus but whatever, let's do the math with 350).

so 350 PAY = 1 ETH (at the time of ICO) = 350$... 1 PAY = 1$

Look at the price... 40$. Why? Because it is pre-launched. The token isn't available yet so people speculate as they want...

But what is the difference between the platforms? Sounds like decent is almost exactly the same as lbry, except decent plans to have some sort of video game creation.
