I saw it in novaexchange and yobit

the name is week

https://yobit.net/en/trade/WEEK/BTC

It drops in value from 1000 satoshi + to 1 satoshi

It seems that somebody pump and dump it. There are tons of buy orders each are very small every seconds.

There is no info about the coin in coinmarketcap or anywhere else.

It's another pice of crap Yobit coin, and there are hundreds of similar ones on that exchange.  People think that because a coin is trading for 1-2 satoshi that it's all huge upside potential, and it isn't.  No one supports those coins, no one mines them, no one even cares about them anymore.  They are fodder for p&d schemes, and that's it.  That's why when these idiots get done with the dump phase, all these coins drop down to their real value, which is about 1 satoshi.  Not surprising at all, and you'll see it over and over on exchanges like Yobit.

That is something that you dont really need to understand or something that you dont need to care about  it is just another coin that came out in the exchanger and nothing to do about you can invest if you need that will pump in the future but i guess not a good choice.
