Coins are almost *always* traded OTC in between the ICO and when its added to an exchange. |

We can all try to request it on larger exchanges, especially those where we have traded a lot(or plan to). If enough of us ask for it, the exchanges will hopefully lower or remove the fee for wgr to be listed on their exchange. My current buy order is 0.00004 btc per wager, up to 15 btc.
Are you part of the Wagerr slack channel? Someone there may also be able to help you, possibly even at a lower rate. |

The ICO went all the way up to round 20 and got fully sold out. I think it's best to buy off the others who are selling right now, or simply wait |
