OP post are appearing right at bottom not at the top for me

For some odd reason I see all OP at the bottom of the page is anyone else experiencing this?
I'm referring to other people's post's, I click a thread and the person who started it appears right at the very bottom when
instead it should appear at the top of thread.

Another odd thing that's happening when I login here and try to read the forum is:
what should be on say the lastest page of a thread is shown on page 1, the first page.
Is anyone else experiencing this and the other issue I mentioned in my previous post?
