Seems coinsecure's banking mobile no has changed to IVR now .

Direct call was pretty good Benson , this IVR doesnt connect also
Only you'll needed to add few more phone numbers

it just kicked off, so do give it few days to align and get better.
For now, its just for redirecting, but we will be plugging into the live system over the next few months to give a more banky/ telephony kind of experience.

This is what it is meant to do right now. Reduce some calls.
We do get calls asking about how long will it take for BTC deposit to confirm, etc. These clog the lines for genuine queries.

Systems like this are huge and will take time to get in place.
