Do you trust minergate.com ??

Hi
Mining on minergate.com and now I cant transfer my Dashcoin. Its about 2 days and says Service is temporarily unavailable.should I trusrt minergate?

sometime when Im in mining it says your offline if you wait about 1 hour just say your offline.
