Hey guys

I just got a new rig to add, 3x 1070's, 3x580. 2 of the 580's are 4gb, Nitro+ and one 8gb Asus Strix

1070's are doing a solid 30MH/s without pushing the limits too far.

the 580's are going for a 24MH/s factory.

But here lies the problem. I try to OC the 580's, nothing happens. the MH/s doesnt move even by a fraction. Tried Wattman, Afterburner and Trixx.

I try to mod their bios, change the correct values and all. Only the 8GB gets to 27MH/s and still now, the OC isnt doing anything.

Its a fresh Win10 installation, tried both catalyst 15 and the combo of 16 and 17, still nothing.

Now Claymore is working fine on them, but it just cant pick up the temp/fan off of them, and neither can the OC softwares.

Halp please Sad

you tried to oc the mem? that what matter with ethereum, which is the same for the nvidia, if it doesn't work, i suspect you have the new released gpu that do 30% less hashrate, and amd is becoming bad for this reason

Try only using the AMD 580s (remove Nvidia 1070s) and see what happens.  Mixing AMDs and Nvidias could be the issue.

I removed everything and kept one of the new 580's 4GB Nitro+.

Reflashed, patched, reran everything, still 24MH/s and 0 reaction to overclocking, 0. nothing. Memory, clock, anything. no sign of anything :/ and it's getting quite depressing.

Thoses 2 580's are from a batch of fresh newly arrived 580's.... tho i never heard of an underperforming batch of new 580's :/ thats weird. and even if are underperforming, i mean, after reflash and even after OC, 0.00% result?
