It's likely something touching a fan a bit. Or a piece of tape or something flapping in the wind.

Doesn't sound electrical as if something was frying that loud I'm sure there would be smoke and a burnt smell.  It really sounds like a fan hitting a cable or a piece of tape that's flapping due to the white fan.

Next time you hear it, turn off the white fan really quick and see if the sound stops...  You can also power the rig(s) down and do a physical inspection.
