it's 0.017000 right now, everything goes down, nothing you can do about it. it will go back offcourse, question of time. another thing is that you are depressed because you invest more than you can afford to lose

Market has been in a downtrend for the last couple of days. I'm assuming this is your first trade or the first trade in loss and I would suggest you to just wait things out. Chances are that monero will recover in the next couple of days. Don't panic sell for a loss because that won't help.

Sell man. Dont wait to long. 0.01712212btc now. You lost 0.0008368btc. OMG man. Why you bought it? Well it was still smaller loss then if you would withdraw those btc to your btc wallet. fee would be higher.

If you are really afraid then sell if before it's too late, the drop is not a lot and the loss is not a lot. But these days all currencies charts are red and I would maybe suggest you to keep them as the price will keep increasing after few days. I bought some coins too in poloniex but I'm going to keep them as I believe that the green color will show up very soon.

You can't always buy from the cheapest point, deep side. That's normal, stay high and try to control your emotions. Don't make panic sells unless you need urgent cash.

Because there are going to be ups and downs. People spend lifetimes building teams trying to predict the future based on the past so they can eek out a profit. Some are successful some aren't

In my opinion investing is betting on your ability to research projects and determine what they will be worth over a certain period of time. Investing in multiple projects averages out your profits and losses. Anyways I hope you believe in monero. Keep an eye on it to see if it's hit your goal price so you can cash out and forget...otherwise due to the chaotic nature of alt coins right now it's almost best to forget

It is a horrible timing to buy any coin right now.
Basically the only coin you should be hoarding is bitcoins.

You should read the Speculation thread and follow me.... When I say it will pump, it will go up. When I say it will go down, it will dump.
Last time I checked, I am bearish on Monero.
Aminorex has quit working, he has expensive lifestyle and tons of Moneros. He needs to sell his Moneros now to sustain his lifestyle. Risto also is a high roller and living high and he has Moneros (although he says he was hacked - but definetely he has Moneros in some other storage units that are unhacked).
A lot of selling pressure, and the competition among the anonymous cryptocurrencies is getting more and more intense all the time. Dash replaced Monero, next is Zcash.

Right now I would just hoard bitcoins... The massive altcoin bubble is about to burst and bitcoin will get back some of its previous marketcap dominance.

Do you really think that the price only keeps on moving up,in a market expect movement in both direction and the price is not that low from what you have purchased and hope you are aware of the market for the past one week and start crying for the correction,hold for a longer time and add coins if it really goes down.
