Hello mates ! So, i made an account on a website back in i think 2009 , where you would receive bitcoin giftcards ( i think you would receive 25btc ) for inviting other people to join Bitcoin . I remember i had something like 100btc there, but i can't for the love of God remember the website. I know the email , but it was a yahoo e-mail , and it got deleted ( they have a habbit of deleting unused mail addreses ) . Now i registered my old e-mail back , but obviously it's an empty e-mail. So technically, i have my e-mail back, i think i know the password to the btc wallet site ( i basically used the same couple of passwords from when i was a kid everywhere ) , but i have no ideea what the site was . It's been 8 years since back then , i'm trying to remember , but all i can come up with is it had some blueish background ( i think ? ) . Can anyone guess / remember any of these sites from back then ? Are they still alive ? Any chance i can get to my wallet ? Or am i searching for a needle in a world wide web haystack ?

Thank you for your time. Sorry for bothering.

There's not point to get that wallet as these websites either delete inactive accounts or remove all the balance if not accessed within 6 months to 1 year. Rarely do sites allow accounts with balances to remain active if they are paying ones like in your case it was your referral balance. All my inactive accounts also have been deleted and when I reactivated them, my balance was back to NIL. Have lost over $20 due to this. Getting back a 100btc wallet is not possible. You should have back then withdrawn it to a bitcoin address.

Not much chance that a bitcoin related site that was up in 2009 still is now.
As mentioned in the post above, coins should always be kept where you (and only you) control the private key.

No site holding bitcoins that existed in 2009 or even 2010 exists any longer. Whatever bitcoins you had stored on any site then are gone now. That is one reason for holding your own bitcoins.

Your bitcoins still alive but it is difficult to reach them if website stopped its services. Try to search bitcoin gift etc. on google and filter 2009 year

you sure you got your years right? there were only a few hundred people involved back then and i can't imagine anybody was coming out with gift cards. no one would've been running promotional programs and there were no bitcoin websites other than bitcoin.org, a couple of mailing lists and maybe the predecessor of this forum.
