I represent a platform with > $20M in revenue and over 11 million members which will serve as our first use case for our new, likely BitShares-based, platform.

We're PRE-ICO right now, working on a whitepaper and building out our team. Our lead developer is a multifacted programmer but only recently got into blockchain programming. You would take mostly a consultant position answering his questions and helping security audit our code. Knowledge in business development and ICO strategy is a plus, but not a necessity. We're always brainstorming, and have been in meeting after meeting with big names in the crypto-space formulating our best options. We have a very disruptive concept.

We will pay for your time right off the bat as well as offer you a position on the team as a developer, granted you have a deep understanding of the following:

1. Blockchain architecture
2. Smart contracts
3. DPOS stakeholder voting
4. Token Distributions
5. Hierarchy Management
6. Scaling and an understanding of how DAOs work

and virtually everything here: http://docs.bitshares.eu/bitshares/

We need people talented enough to replicate STEEMIT if they wanted to. We are working on a large scale project and will pay for your time, and offer you a spot on our team.

Please PM me or leave your contact info here. Ideally we would like to chat with you over Skype voice and/or IM.

Thanks!

Additionally,

I need to track down the following:

1. BitShares/Blockchain Programmers
2. ICO consultant(s)
3. Legal/financial counsel/advisors

Ideally US based but this is a total make-or-break prerequisite.

If you know anyone who fits the mold, bring them to me. If we accept them onto the team, you'll receive a finders fee.

We are trying to build out a very impressive team.
