I'm running two right now, but my dual 7970 rig is only running one card unfortunately. The power supply went belly up on me, I am just waiting on a warranty replacement to get back to about 2500 mh/s.

1 Rig with 5770 and a gtx550ti for gaming.
= ~950kh/s scrypt plus gaming and surfing etc.
