Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Looks like problem was my database (Bitcoind) on hard drive. NOT ARMORY ISSUE !
Restores bitcoind  database state few days back. Then caught latest block with bitcoind. Started Armory. Database re-scan worked. All Good again.

P.S.
Before above operation bitcoind /qt showed all to be 100%, thought not true.
