andriod app modifcation needed

hi i have an android app and in  the first screen to be changed like this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jetradar

after the splash screen the search page i want to be same in my android app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tag.btg

can any one do it i have the source sdk files all all core files .if any one can do it ..please tell me your cost and how much time will it take

Perhaps I can do this . It might take up to twenty four hours as I will have to contact a person for this. I would definitely like to give it a shot. Will keep updating the post . Currently unable to guess any price, I will soon let you know.
