Just saw the top of the forum:

"Total time logged in: 1 hours and 1 minutes."

It counts total time.

thanks for all of the welcomes. I just finished reading them all. Yeah, I have to agree the 4 hour rule is a little ridiculous. 1 hour and 10 posts would serve a much better purpose as I am sure the forum is losing a lot of people with the whole 4 hour rule.
