Hello,
I want to try to unlock my bitcoin wallet.dat file with Bitcoin password recovery tool by Thegrideon Software but when i load the wallet then this error appear >>> Unexpected file format: Encryption information is inconsistent!
Please describe me what's the problem in wallet.dat , Thank you.

STOP!

Whatever you do, don't use that software. From Googling it seems to be closed-source.
You don't simply trust a dubious program with your wallet file.

STOP USING THAT NOW!

You can achieve similar or even better results with for example, btcrecover, which is free and open-source and also has more functionality.

your file wallet.dat was broken was reading because encryption damage.
Yes me too suggest using btcrecover from github.com/gurnec/btcrecover
Its your wallet with finance data infos, you need be careful using any tools to recover it
