Localbitcoins is the place where you do p2p trades with others. I have personally used this website before. Find a person with reputable reputation, start the buying process send them the money (you can prob find somebody within your country where you can do a bank-to-bank transfer). Send them money and after they should realease the escrow, if the seller doesn't release the bitcoins you simply contact their support and they will release the bitcoins. I haven't had problem even I never needed to contact their support, chose reputable seller it's pretty fast. Although you might not find the rates appealing here.

There is harldly any of the reputable sites around that wont ask for one verification or the other even the debit card you want to use can still be traced back to you considering the account that it is attached to. The way out is to use cash if you value your identity that much and you can try localbitcoin.com where if you are lucky you find someone close to you to buy from and if far, you can do bank transfer but the issue is that you need to be careful not to fall into the hands of scammers.

Try to go over to you bitcoin local section of the forum and set up someone to meet to buy bitcoin, maybe this will work than on localbitcoins.com. Also when meeting up with someone, do it in the public because there were incidents lately about meeting up with robbers instead.

The problem is that card transactions can be charged back so no one website will let you use your card without some extra form of verification to prove that you really authorized the transaction. That is why they ask you for all these details so if you try to perform a chargeback they can go to the bank and show them the proof you accepted the payment.

Couple things you could go about using for something like this, the first is going to have to be one of the peer to peer sites such as LBC, or Paxful, you could also use the exchange section on here though when using that I'd try to be as safe as possible with some sort of escrow, OR TRUSTED SELLER. Though you're going to have to know that you're paying a premium to be buying it from someone else, that's bound to happen and it's going to happen, nothing you can do about that unless you use an exchange and go through verificiations with Coinbase or another company.

from what i readed its look like there is some problem with buying bitcoins with creditcard cause the customer can run away with the bitcoins or something, this is why they ask for ID?, the main reason i wanted a service that accept credit card without ID isn't because i wanted to be anonymous but because i am looking for some service who isn't asking for excessive proves for my identity. they usualy want so many details and documents that i don't have(and that should also be not more than 3 months old) and even demand extra quality of the picture of the ID which i don't know if my smarthphone camera can provide.
i already sent pictures of my ID to coinmama service and i am waiting to get approved, you can read the details and recognize my face but some of the letters get blurry(but still recognizeable) no matter how much i try to take a good picture.

If OP doesn't want to reveal his ID documents to anyone then i really doubt that it is likely he wants to be meeting someone in person either. Localbitcoins is a good place to go to if you just want a clean, safe and convenient deal with someone, but in my opinion choosing the right payment method is just as important as choosing the right exchange.

for example if you use paypal, then your identity is out there. Same thing with bank transfers and credit cards, even if you're trading on localbitcoins. So stick to cash deposits, cash in mail, etc. if you want to remain 100% anonymous.

Runners up for anonymous exchange would be paxful, a lot more gift card traders there but you'll get worse off rates overall for the convenience. But paxful is definitely more private than localbitcoins, for LBC you need a mobile phone verification and some offers are limited to ID verified only.
