LeapRate Exclusive… LeapRate has learned that the Turkish government is issuing new regulations, which will make it illegal for Turkish residents to hold accounts or trade leveraged Forex or CFD products with foreign brokers not licensed by the country’s Capital Markets Board (CMB)
So... this "paper" has heard that the turkish government might issue new regulations..
Call it speculation at this time.
Also, it is not a ban since it prevent only deals with "with foreign brokers not licensed by the country’s Capital Markets Board".
Nothing spectacular here.
It's the same way in many countries including in western Europe.
And third... nothing to do with bitcoin.
