Hello everyone,

I am closing the below offer, as I am well past my target amount. I'd like to thank all the buyers for hassle-free trades. I hope you all get good returns. Don't forget to test bitcointalk's new trust system on me. Smiley

Dear Forum Members,

I am planning to sell some of my ASICMiner shares at a fixed price to raise money for a Bitcoin related project. This is not an auction, so I'm submitting this to the Securities section. This thread is for questions and discussion, so please submit your bids directly to me via PM.

To refrain from stealing too much of friedcat's time, I want to incentivize bulk purchases. Below are the current rates, which are subject to change according to demand:

Code:
Above 75 shares: 2.6 BTC/share
Below 75 shares: 2.7 BTC/share
Below 25 shares: 3  BTC/share

I will be happy to negotiate for larger volumes that would help me close this sale quickly. Smiley

You can read about pros and cons of purchasing direct shares here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=188550

If you prefer to use an escrow, I would require the escrow to sign a contract. If you'd rather trade directly, I will send a signed contract to you, so that you can make a claim in case something happens to me during the process.

In either case, you will be agreeing to the contract by sending the sum to the unique address mentioned in it.

The transfer requests will be submitted to friedcat in weekly batches, but I will pass through any dividends that are paid for the shares from the time you make the full payment until the transfer is confirmed.

Thank you for your attention.

I sent a PM requesting 200 shares about an hour ago.  Any chance you'll honor the old prices? Smiley

Yep. Bidders before the update got the previous prices. A day with family is costing me dearly. Wink

Depends on a few factors, but I'm not running out just yet. Smiley

Updated the price list, but I'm open to negotiating for large volumes.

This week's transfers have been confirmed a few hours ago. Thanks everyone. Please post your acknowledgement here, folks are getting skeptical. Wink

My #bitcoin-otc nick is the same as this one, in case anyone wants to rate.

Prices updated.

Just a quick update: gsan has forwarded last week's dividends.

He/She has fully complied with everything he said he would.

Thanks gsan!

Just updated the prices, so not yet. Wink I think auctions are a better way to get a good price for a small number of shares, but I'm open to negotiating as always.

I'll probably be winding down after this week (depending on the market), but I still have a some shares for a bulk purchase.
