Altcoin Advertising Networks?

Are there altcoin advertising networks that accept DASH or ETH or Monero?

I am looking for a cheap cheap advertising network that is  the cheapest has has a good CTR ratio for banners or or other forms of ads. Especially no bots.

Also if they would accept altcoins that would be great. In BTC the fees are now higher than the ad cost, so an altcoin based ad network would be nice.

I'm following market of advertising network and I can tell you that I didn't found any altcoin advertising networks. Or maybe I searched bad :/
Some time ago there was one network Dashad.io, but they gone now.
I'm not sure that currently active ad networks are planning to integrate altcoins to their service.

I think now there is no problem with the altcoins. Just go to exchanger like bittrex and convert to bitcoin. by the way, the biggest problem of ad network is low CTR and high fees network for bitcoin payment. I join a-ads but the payment is very low. Now the withdrawal treshold is 0.002 , When i join years a go the withdraw is 0.0001.

that's right mate maybe that's why altcoin advertising network is almost nowhere to be found, just like you I also do have a-ads account and I find it
not profitable anymore since my site is not that visited much and hosting it is really costly for me.
