128 bit vs 256 bit

i would to ask, before i buy GPU, some GPUs have 4g 128 bit and 4g 256 bit, what i know 256 bit is faster than 128 bit. how about their hashrate. are they get similar hashrate? or for example 4g 256 bit get 22 mhs, and 4g 128 bit will be get half hash rate, in this case, 11 mhs.
