Hi,
On 1 july I made 2 deposits ( 2 x 0.07 BTC ) from my Excodus Wallet 1.27.3 to Bittrex
I got a message something like "Broadcast error" I tried it again and the same message showed up.
The BTC did not arrived and is not visable in the transactionhistory, but the amount of 0.14 is missing from my Exodus wallet. I tried to scan the blockchain, but nothing happened. On the arrival-adres not visable in "pending deposit"
How can I solve this ?

Considering "broadcasting error" shown in Exodus, your transaction may not have broadcasted or it may have been send to different address(malware). Enter your BTC address in Blocktrail.com or Blockchain.info and see if your transaction was broadcasted or Bittrex has some problems. If there is a transaction shown in block explorer, then check adddress Bitcoin sent to. If not, rescan your blockchain in Exodus. If the function is not in Exodus wallet, you will have to reinstall wallet. See http://support.exodus.io/knowledge_base/topics/how-do-i-refresh-my-wallet.

thanks Muhammed !
The transactions are visable until 29 juni and these are also in the blockchain. Transactions (?) I made on july the first are nowhere.. And after the 2 error- messages I am missing 0.14 BTC
I did the rescan several times and I also recoverd my wallet. No difference..
So I am wondering is there a way to check the wallet-saldo on date ?

Can you see if the two deposits that you made to Bittrex can be found on the blockchain when you search for the deposit address? Just to make sure if the transaction broadcasted on the network. Did you already tried to uninstall the whole Exodus from your PC and restore your wallet after installing it again?

Transactions are not in the blockchain and did not arrived at Bittrex
After the 2 transactions I had only about 0.003 BTC left on my walllet
I did rescan and I did restore the wallet, but without uninstalling it.

Broadcast error was probably a result of you not having a correct connection to their node. So if i understand the situation correctly, you sent .14 btc in total, it said broadcast error, and nothing showed up neither on the blockchain nor on the bittrex wallet balances, but your exodus wallet balance was deducted, correct? If your address still shows that it has 0.143 BTC on a bitcoin block explorer, then simply go to exodus and export your wallet. Import the private keys elsewhere, for example electrum or blockchain.info. Then you'd have access to your coin.

You must have a backup of your wallet before you remove Exodus. @coinrosa: Did you rescan Bitcoin blockchain and not other currency? Rescanning another coin won't rescan Bitcoin blockchain. Btw, can you try to see if you can send/receive Bitcoin from/to your address? Also, check if it is only a problem with your Bitcoin wallet and not all wallets. You can use Blockchain.info or Blocktrail.com to check your balance and transactions.

Can you show us your receiving address from your Bittrex account since you said that there's an error believing that your coins was sent, since your balance was deducted from your exudos wallet. So.. Transactions are not in the blockchain and did not arrived at Bittrex
After the 2 transactions I had only about 0.003 BTC left on my walllet
I did rescan and I did restore the wallet, but without uninstalling it.
In this case, there's must be possible two reasons, (i) an error occurred from Bittrex (which is not possible to happen) (ii) the error came from Exodus wallet, and you should contact their support about this.

It's not possible for exodus to just take your money because you have your own private keys. As yuuto suggested maybe just go and export your private keys, or reinstall your exodus wallet and you'll probably see your funds again.
I think what likely happened was the raw transaction was created by not broadcasted onto the network properly, and there is a bug with exodus that somehow deducts your balance for this. Were you on really bad internet at the time/using a proxy?
If i were you, i wouldn't worry about where my funds are at though. It's probably still safe in your address, it's just that exodus isn't showing the balance properly.

I had a good talk with Exodus walletsupport
Probably the amount ( on July 1st ) was not correct updated in my wallet. So on the screen the amount was enough in reality the wallet was already almost empty...
Exodus walletsupport found out that on 29 th June the wallet was already almost empty...
I can see transactions on the blockchain. But as newbe I don t understand how I can check my amount in my wallet (on the blockchain )

I'm getting confused here! You mean balance showed when you send Bitcoin from Exodus where in fact wrong? If it is the case, when you said 0.14 BTC was missing, you were assuming you had 0.17 BTC (0.14 + 0.003) in your wallet? I can see transactions on the blockchain. But as newbe I don t understand how I can check my amount in my wallet (on the blockchain )
What do you mean by this? You are using Exodus, right? Then, what do you mean by " ...in my wallet on the blockchain". Anyway, it's good to know your problems are solved. If you had doubts about your balance, check your balance in a block explorer of that coin.

I'm confused too but still issue seems already been resolved since he do have a contact already on Exodus wallet support. Maybe his wallet doesn't sync up which the transaction haven't been broadcasted on the network. I'm curious if he already did reinstall his wallet but still the error or issue remains,. As Muhammed said you can anytime check it out your balance anytime.

Maybe he's trying to convey that he thought he had 0.14 bitcoins in his wallet when actually for some reason the wallet wasn't updated and his actual balance was zero ? Unknowingly he tried to send those 0.14 when actually his wallet was empty but just wasn't updated.Hope I made sense lol

And when I update the exodus wallet then it shows 0 balance there. Anyways the issue has been solved.

Looks like your issue is solved so you can lock this thread now. I am also using exodus wallet to store bitcoin and other alts, till now haven't got any problems, loving them. They didn't give us full access to our wallets which is not what I want from multicoin wallet.

How can you say that exudos don't give full access of all wallets of its user. AFAIK you can get your private keys there in any wallet/coins. So you have the full access of it. Anyways thread will be closed later on.

seems pretty simple... I had a good talk with Exodus walletsupport
Probably the amount ( on July 1st ) was not correct updated in my wallet. So on the screen the amount was enough in reality the wallet was already almost empty... Exodus walletsupport found out that on 29 th June the wallet was already almost empty...
His wallet was not showing the balance correctly. So he THOUGHT he had 0.143 BTC in his wallet. In reality, he only had 0.003 BTC in his wallet. He sent 2 transactions and both times got the broadcast error... most likely because of "missing inputs" as they would already have been spent (and likely already confirmed) in other previous transactions. I'm not sure exactly what error he got but "'Broadcast Error', something like that" seems about right. I can see transactions on the blockchain. But as newbe I don t understand how I can check my amount in my wallet (on the blockchain )
He knows enough to be able to go and copy/paste a transaction into a block explorer like blockchain.info, but doesn't understand how to work out what the balance in his wallet "should" be by using a block explorer. To the OP, the process for checking what your wallet balance should be is: Check your " Addresses" on a block explorer like blockchain.info... you should be able to see the "Final Balance" amount for each address in your wallet. Add all of those "Final Balance" amounts together and you should have your current balance. It may get slightly complicated if your wallet does not provide a list of your "change addresses" as you need to check the "Final Balance" of each of those as well... From memory, Exodus seems to like to hide a lot of things from the user, so I'm unsure if you can actually see your change addresses?
