Also should I have Skype'd you both my old seed and new seed? For safety I initially only sent you my new one, but now wondering if you need the old one as well?

Never mind, I see one of my attaches worked and got confirmed, also sent you the old seed.

I cant find reveal phase in my wallet.  I did the first phase reclaim tool.

I went to receive and attach the new address but its still stuck in pending..................

Anyone had any luck successfully regaining access to their IOTA yet?

I had a balance in wallet v1.0.3 which is now reset to 0 due to that signature change, I believe this is different from the ICO though so would appreciate anyone able to confirm this.

David said a couple days ago there were 15 left to process, 2 days later I still a 0 balance which may or maynot be because he's still processing them.  I don't mind waiting, just want reassurance others are actually getting their funds and this isn't just a delaying tactic.

(I even offered to donate 1Gi  = ~$250? for their troubles of processing my wallet to regain access)

I have 3 addresses, in list 2, derived from the same seed. The seed is short, and have 1 to 8 digits

weeks ago downloaded 2.5.2 and claimed with seed translated to compatible format, and filled with 9's to complete 81 characters

some days later, downloaded 2.5.3 and claimed with seed translated to compatible format, but without filled with 9's.

maybe repeat claim several times. I can't remember.

Right now I've downloaded 2.5.4.

Loggin with new seed.  I can see 4 transfers of 0 Giotas to my wallet.

Total Balance: 0Giotas

¿What happened?. ¿Did I something wrong?

By the way, I can't introduce old seed in his original format because claim tool tells "Invalid old Seed". That is the reason i'm claiming introducing seed in new format (changing 1 to 8 digits with 9's, and filling with 9's until 81 character lenght. Also done without filling 81 characters)

Does any body the same problem as me?. Does anybody with this same problem managed to get his Iotas back?.

Hi, I am a round 1 user. Now I am stuck an reavealing/sending.

What worked(I needed to try a few times, including restarting wallet and changing node):

 - Proof transaction is pending
 - Proof transaction confirmed

What didn't work:

 - reclaim process

To complete the reclaim process submit your old seed. Please wait for the confirmation of the reveal transaction and make use of the reattach button if it is pending for too long.

But what does that mean?


I only can click send and it says "sending" but it doesn't work. Isn't the old seed this combination of small letters and 9s? There is no place to enter something.

According to https://blog.iota.org/gui-wallet-phase-two-of-the-reclaim-process-f5913109cf46 the processing of the reveals began today. Not sure what's involved in "processing" but I imagine there's some that need manual checking and some that they can just quickly approve.

We will start processing reveals on 13.11.2017. After this date has passed and we have processed all reveal claims, we will start processing reveals on a first-come-first-serve basis. The reason for this further delay is that we know that some users’ seeds were compromised and as there’s no link between proofs and seeds, we first need to collect all reveals to filter out duplicates where we might have to follow up with separate reclaim procedures.
