I am in "list 1 - KYC" and I have received my iotas the last weekend.
But I don't know what is this finalization letter as I have not received it.
I have been able to speak with David (I have emailed him and obtained just one response, but it was enough to agree for a donation)
In such a case, perhaps the finalization letter is not useful (just an hypothesis, CFB will perhaps confirm it)

I was on list 1 and I have already received my iotas, everything is correct

Received my IOTAs (list 1 claim). Before I got an Email from David where he asked me about my donation. Made a 10% donation. I guess this Email was the finalisation letter.

Really nobody knows the iota fondation adress in berlin?

On google street it doesnt match. I can find strabburger street but it doesnt go to 55. I dont speak german by the way...

The address of the IOTA foundation is Straßburger Straße 55, 10405 Berlin (you can replace ß by ss). That's what the foundation admistration of Berlin (Senatsverwaltung für Justiz, Verbraucherschutz und Antidiskriminierung,
Stiftungsaufsicht - II D 2) told me today. They received the incorrect spelled address and obviously didn't check it before publication.
The foundation administration will correct the address now and ask the IOTA foundation for a telephone number and/or Email (as I complained that it is not possible to contact them).

IOTA buyers have been ignored for almost a year now, We have seen that contrary to the IOTA team statement that it is a user's fault to leave the claim until the last moment, most users have tried to claim several times since last year, never received a response. Others, whose claims may have been formally processed, still can not get IOTA because the software now does not let them access the same address. Some users I've spoken with personally choose not to post their case in public, so the number of submitted but omitted claims is actually higher.
Some of the plaintiffs I have spoken with are taking legal action, the IOTA Team is no longer counted. In contrast to common scams here, they have a real-world business presence and even managed to attract traditional VC investors. So, I want to know how Jamie Burke and his colleagues from Outlier Ventures feel they have an investment in IOTA to fend off lawsuits.

Just chiming in to note I'm on List 1, received and replied to an email from David and am awaiting my deposit. I assume all of them weren't released yet? If they were all supposed to have been processed by now then I'd like to know if I did anything wrong, as I think others may wish to know too.

Can you clarify if there's still some that need to be handled CfB? I've no problem waiting longer, just want to make sure I didn't miss something.
